If you have prior experience with motorcycles, ATVs, etc., or have similar retail or sales experience in a different field such as the automotive industry, you are the right person to apply!
 

Job Description

The following duties for the position shall include but not be limited to:

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with a diverse client base.
• Strong written, verbal, telephone skills.
• Have the ability and desire to sell the department’s services, parts and accessories.
• Responsible for writing repair orders for customers bringing their units in for service, processing the RO for parts, recall look-up, verification of vin number and mileage.
• Ability to do a complete walk-around on units coming in for service work and recommend additional services and maintenance needs.
• Ability to keep current on manufacturer’s bulletins, recalls and documents and forward to service department employees.
• Ability to meet deadlines and accurately complete daily paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide customer’s with timely follow-up on the status of work performed.
• Deliver new and used units sold to customer by the Sales Department.
• Ability to handle basic parts transactions including; special order pick-up, cashier service tickets, and over-the-counter sales.
• Assist in handling telephone inquiries in both parts and service.
• Assist with overall general housekeeping of the Service Department and the outside of the building.
• Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping.
• Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
